CANCELLATION POLICY

For no call no shows, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the appointment that you booked. It is considered a no show if you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment with no notice. For cancellations, please reach out to me at 618-975-1993 to cancel or reschedule! As long as you’re cancelling 48 hours before your appointment there is no fee. If you cancel 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 25% of the appointment cost.
